Polygraph examinations (polygraph testing)
Professional assessment of information credibility and personnel risk management
We are developing polygraph examinations as an additional tool for assessing personnel, organisational and security risks.
A polygraph records physiological responses while a person answers questions. A qualified specialist analyses the data in the context of the methodology and circumstances of the examination.
Main applications
Personnel security
Screening of candidates for positions of responsibility.
Assessment of specific personnel risks and periodic staff examinations with voluntary consent.
Corporate security
Clarifying internal incidents and possible breaches of internal procedures.
Additional verification of information during internal investigations.
Critical infrastructure security
Additional assessment of personnel risks at critical infrastructure facilities.
Examination of matters concerning confidential information protection and information support for internal controls and risk management.
Individual examinations
Examination of specific circumstances at an individual’s voluntary request.
Topic-specific examinations based on questions agreed in advance.
Principles of examination
- Voluntary and informed consent.
- Confidentiality of the information obtained.
- Use of substantiated examination methods.
- Impartial analysis of results.
- Compliance with Ukrainian personal data protection legislation.
Examination results
A written report may be prepared describing the methodology, examination process, recorded physiological responses and their interpretation. The scope and reporting format are agreed in advance.
Important: a polygraph is not an infallible lie detector. Results are probabilistic, do not by themselves prove guilt or false statements, and must not be the sole basis for personnel or legally significant decisions.
Consultation and cooperation
During a consultation we will discuss your aims, the feasibility of an examination, questions and practical arrangements. In your first message, briefly describe your enquiry without other people’s personal data or confidential details.
