Financial report on all funds received and used by the educational institution
Defender Ukrainian Training Centre conducts its financial and economic activities within Kyiv Volunteer Fire Service in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, the organisation’s founding documents and internal documents.
Funding supports the organisation and delivery of education, development of facilities and equipment, and suitable conditions for learners’ theoretical and practical training.
Sources of funding
The Training Centre may be funded through:
- income from educational and other legally permitted services;
- funds allocated by Kyiv Volunteer Fire Serviceto support the Training Centre;
- charitable and humanitarian assistance;
- grants and project or programme funding;
- support from Ukrainian and international partners;
- voluntary contributions from legal entities and individuals;
- other sources not prohibited by Ukrainian law.
Main areas of expenditure
Funds are used for their designated purposes and the Training Centre’s needs, including:
- organising and supporting education;
- remuneration and service fees for teachers, instructors, experts and other specialists;
- purchasing teaching equipment, simulators, supplies and consumables;
- supporting learners’ practical training;
- developing and producing teaching and methodological materials;
- purchasing and maintaining teaching technology;
- equipping and maintaining teaching premises;
- professional development for staff and instructors;
- organisational, information and administrative support;
- developing and modernising facilities and equipment;
- implementing educational, social and international projects.
Accounting and financial reporting
Receipts and expenditure are recorded in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and the accounting system of Kyiv Volunteer Fire Service.
Funds received under targeted programmes, grants, charitable assistance or partnership projects are used according to their specified terms and purposes.
Publication of information
The financial report for a reporting period is prepared after the period ends, based on accounting records of actual receipts and expenditure.
